Experience:
Coming from Companies with size 8 – 30 m€, operating mainly by job order (Engineering to Order / Make to Order) possibly in the construction of automatic machines or in any case coming from the industrial automation sector or expert in products with high technical complexity (e.g. Rotary, Inkjet Printers, Industrial Automation Products, etc).
Experience and average seniority: 5 – 10 years
Structured in processes but also with the right flexibility to operate in an extremely dynamic, young and constantly evolving reality.
Experience in supplier management, in negotiations both in Italy and abroad. Knowledge of the structure of a contract and the main clauses.
Knowledge of production departments.
Capable of working autonomously.

Background:
Three-year degree in Engineering / Economics / Economic disciplines

Languages:
Fluent spoken and written English.

Task:
Customer problem management in collaboration with the various departments
Daily assistance ticket management
Responsible for the post sales service and verification of daily technical reports in collaboration with backoffice and sales
Responsible for the planning of the installation and commissioning interventions at the Customer’s premises including the verification of the installation and testing documentation.
Responsible for the technical documentation for the Customer/Certifying bodies (manuals, commissioning instructions, documentation required for certifications such as CE marking or other certification required by the contract) in collaboration with QC.
Warranty parts management, and problem ink lot management in collaboration with backoffice and sales.

Experience:
Coming from Companies with size 8 – 30 m€, operating mainly by job order (Engineering to Order / Make to Order) maybe in the construction of automatic machines or in any case coming from the industrial automation sector or expert in products with high technical complexity (e.g. Rotogravure machines, Inkjet printers, Industrial automation products, etc).
Average experience and seniority > 5 years.
Structured in processes but also with the right flexibility to operate in an extremely dynamic, young and constantly evolving reality.
Experience of working in realities oriented and present in foreign markets.
Ability to co-ordinate functional carry-overs.
Autonomous in writing and dialogue with clients (including foreign ones).
Previous experience in post sales would be very useful.

Background:
Bachelor’s degree / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Management / Electronics / Mechatronics / possibly Law or Economics
Or a technical certificate but with 15 years of experience.

Languages:
Fluent spoken and written English.

Availability for travel and transfers both in Italy and abroad.
