Washing after printing silk and wool articles Biaterg Q 1 – 3 g/l
Washing after printing PA and PA/Lycra articles Biaterg Q0.5 – 2 g/l
The product should be used on printed articles right from the first cold wash baths; detailed instructions cannot be provided, as conditions depend on the type of machinery and the articles produced.
Washing and fixing cycle on PA/Lycra articles Biaterg Q0.5 – 2 g/l
Treatment at 50-55°C for 20 minutes.
Thorough washing to completely eliminate product
Followed by fixing treatment.
Directions for use
- Its strong dispersive properties and protective colloid action facilitate removal of dye which has not been fixed onto fibre, preventing problems with redepositing of dye in the washing bath, especially on printed articles.
- Excellent action for removal of acid dyes and pre-metallised dyes from the elastomere (lycra) component of elasticised articles.
- Its use allows you to obtain printed articles with a cleaner white background, well-defined outlines and brighter colours.
WASH R-LN 100
WASH R-LN 100 is a blend of detergents/water repellents which, used together, give the product a synergic effect with truly unusual features.
WASH R-LN 100 may be used in a variety of ways with different types of dye.
Dyeing: may be used as an equaliser, significantly delaying dyeing of polyamide with acid and pre-metallised dyes. Its strong retardant power allows it to be used to create perfectly equalised dyes with good dye penetration even in the most extreme situations.
Post-print washing: WASH R-LN 100 is a product particularly recommended for creating perfectly clean print backgrounds which are not influenced by excess colour which tends to drip from washed material and stain light-coloured backgrounds.
It may be used in printing with acid and pre-metallised dyes, in printing on cotton or viscose with reactive dyes and and in printing with disperse dyes on polyester.
WASH R-LN 100 has a certain foam-generating power and should therefore be tested in advance before approving use on continuous machines.
Directions for use
As an equaliser for acid or pre-metallised dyes: 0.5 – 1.5 g/l, depending on the intensity of the hue
In post-print washing: 1-2 g/l WASH R-LN 100 (is continually used, add 0.1-0.2 g/l GP FOAM 350 as anti-foaming agent)
