Advanced high-speed drying technology for transfer paper featuring infrared plasma lamps
aleph's LAFORTE Paper dryer series features advanced proprietary rapid drying systems engineered to enable efficient drying of water-based digitally printed transfer paper for out of home applications.
The drying systems of the series are equipped with an infrared plasma lamp unit, available in different print sizes (1800mm, 2200mm, 3200mm) and can achieve a production speed of up to 800sqm/h. Featuring internal temperature sensors and an innovative control software, the drying systems allow to keep the drying temperature monitored and under control. The use of ultrasonic sensors enables continuous paper recovery, while a brand-new paper transport systems featuring an advanced vacuum system facilitates the drying process. aleph’s LAFORTE Paper dryers display a patented ventilation system for waste oil recovery.
Designed with flexibility and ease of use in mind, LAFORTE Paper dryers can connect and interface with any industrial inkjet textile plotter available on the market.
